Pultrusion process is an automatic
process whereby constant cross-sectional profiles are produced
continuously. The process is: under the pulling force generated by pultrusion
equipment, reinforcements(rowing, continuous stand mat, etc.) in a
specific allocation form, is made continuous solidification through heated
mould system, thus to obtain FRP profiles with
good surface appearance, dimensional stability and high strength.
Based on modest learning from advanced technique
abroad, Shanghai Yuan Long FRP Co., Ltd. has made further improvements
considering national conditions, and has gradually developed a pultruded
profiles software system of it own style, and has possessed a fine and
effective hardware system.
